How We Build Power?
- We will build a political home for trans and queer Muslims grounded in radical healing and transformative justice, where collective liberation guides our work. Queer Crescent’s constellation embodies our commitment to love, dignity, and resilience, centering our sacredness and collective power.
- Building power begins with deep political education and alignment. We aim to equip trans and queer Muslims with the knowledge and tools to critically engage with systems of oppression, envisioning and pursuing pathways to collective liberation.
- Through community-led organizing and leadership development, we will strengthen our collective power, enabling us to challenge systems of injustice and cultivate leaders who are shaped by love, survivorship, and self-determination of trans, queer, nonbinary, and femme Muslims.
